One of Nollywood's Legendary actress is going to be 54years old in a few days.

Regina Askia-Williams shared the happy news via her Instagram page, while flaunting the picture below.

She wrote,

"54 in 2 days 

6 years to 60!! 

Someone’s Grandma loading and yet still….. 

Yes, it was a touch of digital Mommy make over, but I’m here for all of it. 

A thankful Thursday birthday coming up !!

Thank you God for being so good  to me.

Regina Askia-Williams is a Nigerian-born, American-based family nurse practitioner, a healthcare and an educational activist, a television producer, writer and public speaker. She found fame as an actress in the Nigerian Nollywood film industry.

PDP Gets New National Chairman - Confirms, The Chairman (North), Amb. Umar Illiya Damagum, As Acting National Chairman

A Benue High Court on Monday ordered Ayu to stop parading himself as national chairman of the PDP pending determination of the suit before it. The National Working Committee, NWC of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), acting on the order, yesterday, confirmed its Deputy National Chairman (North), Amb. Umar Illiya Damagum, as acting national chairman after Ayu, stepped aside in honor to the court order.  The PDP NWC took the decision at an emergency meeting, yesterday reports the Vanguard news. Ayu will cease to function as national chairman until the court says otherwise. Stakeholders in the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who want the National Chairman, Dr Iyorchia Ayu, to quit the position, have succeeded, at least in the interim. BREAKING: Owo Church Massacre: The Perpetrators Arrested – Defence Chief, Irabor

The Chief of Defence Staff, Lucky Irabor, on Tuesday said those behind the Owo attack have been arrested. Irabor stated this during a meeting with editors and media executives in Abuja.
