Happy Boxing Day

Boxing Day is a holiday celebrated after Christmas Day. 

It originated as a holiday to give gifts to the poor. 

Today, Boxing Day is celebrated or known as a shopping holiday.


Don't we all just love shopping...hahaha!

Let's shop wisely, bearing in mind that, there are other expenses to take care of after the Yuletide season.

Most importantly, let's embrace the true concept of Boxing Day, which is giving to the less privileged.


So, step out and bless someone this day.

Remember charity begins at home!

Breaking! Concerns, As Plane Crash-Lands At Abuja Airport

Max Air aircraft on Sunday crash-landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) in Abuja after the tyre reportedly burst into flames, according to ThisDay reports. Image Credit: PngNice The aircraft crash-landed in Abuja with emergency officials already on ground to  out the fire before the passengers were disembarked right at the runway. Unconfirmed reports said the aircraft had arrived from Yola, Adamawa State when the incident happened. This is even as the spokesperson of the Nigeria Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), Tunji Oketunbi, hinted that their staff have gone to the site of the incident for investigation. An official of the airline, who confirmed the incident but pleaded anonymity, said the passengers safely disembarked. He expressed gratitude to God for the safety of all the passengers and crew members. The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso in an interview with the BBC Hausa, has confirmed rumours that he is in talks with his counterpart in the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi on the possibility  of contesting for the presidency on the same ticket in 2023. ”Yes we are discussing with Peter Obi, or I will rather say a committee is working to see all that is necessary on teaming up with him, and our friends and relations have been coming to talk to us over the issue.” He said.
