Music sensation Tems will blow your mind at "A place called orange."

 

Grammy-nominated singer, Tems, will on December 26, 2021 headline her own show, tagged 'A Place Called Orange.'

The festival will also feature performances from over 50 music superstars.

The concert which was originally slated to hold on December 16, 2021 will now hold on Boxing Day as the breakout pop star has promised fans an unforgettable experience.

In her words, "Like my E.P, If Orange Was a Place, this concert will take on a unique texture and mood.

"It is going to be a very special night for my fans in Lagos and myself included as it is the first time I’ll be headlining a concert in Nigeria in two years, so we had to move it to Boxing Day to make it an even more special gift."

Tems will headline at the Livespot X Festival on Boxing Day.

Organisers of Livespot X Festival, Livespot360 have promised music lovers that Tems' unrestricted expression, freewheeling delivery, and emotional rawness that comes from seeing her perform live will be harnessed and brought to life come Boxing Day.

The Livespot X Festival will still run from December 16 till December 21.

Temilade Openiyi (born 11 June 1995), better known by her stage name Tems, she is a Nigerian singer. In 2021, she earned two US top 40 entries on the Billboard Hot 100.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says it has arrested the Accountant general of the Federation, Ahmed Idris, in connection with diversion of funds and money laundering activities to the tune of N80bn. The Spokesman for the EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, said this in a statement on Monday titled, ‘EFCC arrests Ahmed Idris, Accountant General of the Federation, for N80bn Fraud’, that is about $200m (£162m) of public funds. The commission said Mr Idris had used family members and close associates to defraud the government and invest the proceeds in real estate in Nigeria. EFCC spokesman Wilson Uwujaren said Idris was arrested after failing to honour the Commission’s invitations. “The Commission’s verified intelligence showed that the AGF raked off the funds through bogus consultancies and other illegal activities using proxies, family members and close associates,” Uwujaren said in a statement. “The funds were laundered through real estate investments in Kano and Abuja.” There ...
