THE ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS 

Christmas is celebrated, it is a day set aside to remember the birth of Jesus Christ, who Christians believe is the Son of God. The name 'Christmas' comes from the Mass of Christ (or Jesus). A Mass service (which is sometimes called Communion or Eucharist) is where Christians remember that Jesus died for us and then came back to life.

Christmas is also a time to love and to share!

Giving is the real meaning of Christmas because it is the very essence of love, unselfishness, and humility. Taking into consideration by remembering the priceless free gift that was given to us from above, let us celebrate it by showing one another, how much we value each other. Let us show our gratitude!

Breaking! Concerns, As Plane Crash-Lands At Abuja Airport

Max Air aircraft on Sunday crash-landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) in Abuja after the tyre reportedly burst into flames, according to ThisDay reports. Image Credit: PngNice The aircraft crash-landed in Abuja with emergency officials already on ground to  out the fire before the passengers were disembarked right at the runway. Unconfirmed reports said the aircraft had arrived from Yola, Adamawa State when the incident happened. This is even as the spokesperson of the Nigeria Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), Tunji Oketunbi, hinted that their staff have gone to the site of the incident for investigation. An official of the airline, who confirmed the incident but pleaded anonymity, said the passengers safely disembarked. He expressed gratitude to God for the safety of all the passengers and crew members. The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Presidential candidate, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso in an interview with the BBC Hausa, has confirmed rumours that he is in talks with his counterpart in the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi on the possibility  of contesting for the presidency on the same ticket in 2023. ”Yes we are discussing with Peter Obi, or I will rather say a committee is working to see all that is necessary on teaming up with him, and our friends and relations have been coming to talk to us over the issue.” He said. Considering the fact that the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) did not pick their Vice Presidential candidates from the Igbo tribe, our teaming up is important, explained the former Governor of Kano state.
