Is it really true that "as a man thinks in his heart so is he?"

Let us look at it this way, you think sad thoughts, you feel sad. You think happy thoughts and you turn out happy.

So, it does make a lot of sense to say that we are a product of our thoughts. Therefore we are to make a deliberate, conscious effort to imbibe good, gracious, positive thoughts always. 

Yes, life can be hard but when life throws lemons at you, make lemonade!

    It is absolutely true that as a man thinks so is he. What you conceive is what you receive. The mind drives the body. Nothing we do, that was not first conceived in our thoughts. Good thinking, good product.

    You are what you think. Nothing comes or happens on its own without it first being thought of in the mind. An action of anyone has been premeditated. Your thinking takes lead in your actions.

Billionaire businessman, Alhaji Umaru Abdul Mutallab, the 81-year-old father of Farouk Abdul Mutallab, who is serving a life sentence in a US prison for terrorism, has said that he hopes to see his son again in his lifetime.  Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, born December 22, 1986, is popularly referred to as the “Underwear Bomber” or “Christmas Bomber”. At the age of 23, he attempted to detonate plastic explosives hidden in his underwear aboard Northwest Airlines Flight 253, en route from Amsterdam to Detroit, Michigan, on Christmas Day, 2009. President Barrow of the Gambia wins Presidential elections, in his re-election bid. The opposition opposes the election results.

President Adama Barrow has been re-elected. This is the first vote for decades held without long-term leader Yahya Jammeh. President Barrow received around 53% of Saturday’s vote, with nearest rival Ousainou Darboe on 28%. Mr Darboe and other candidates earlier said they could not accept the results of the poll. The elections were seen as a test for democracy in the country. Adama Barrow, is the third and current President of the Gambia, he was first elected into office in 2017.
