 The 2022 FIFA World Cup is less than a week away.

The FIFA World Cup begins in Qatar next week, from 20 November 2022 to 18 December 2022. 

The epic event will see, football lovers around the globe staying glued to their Television sets for this period.

The authorities have put in place flat-screen TVs in between rows to ensure spectators get a better viewing of their favourite football players and football team.

The game is expected to attract 1.2 million football fans.

Qatar has taken great care in ensuring that viewers and guests are given the best experience of a lifetime. Imagine a stadium with built-in accommodation as seen in the video below:

The tournament is being held in one location. This will allow fans to attend more than one game a day, with the venues a maximum of an hour's drive from each other.

The iconic state-of-the-art Lusail Stadium in Lusail, Qatar, is the largest and newest stadium in Qatar and will host the World Cup final on December 18.

Three cruise ships will serve as floating hotels for accommodation for World Cup fans as they arrived in Qatar. The cruise ships are from the MSC Cruises Group.

According to the estimates made by the owner of the floating hotel - the MSC Cruises Group; the capacity of the three cruise ships extends to 10,000 beds and reservations for the first week of the World Cup have reached 100%.

In A Random Attack, A Woman Is Lit On Fire On A Toronto bus; Man Apprehended, Police Say

Dundas, Kipling Centre. A woman lays in the hospital with critical injuries, she was set ablaze on a Toronto bus in what police say was a "random" attack.  The woman in her 20's was attacked by a 35-year-old man. The woman remains in hospital with life-altering injuries, most of which are second and third-degree burns, media relations officer Toronto police Const. Alex Li told reporters outside Kipling station, where the incident took place. The suspect has been arrested with charges pending, police say. Toronto police were called to the Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West area around 12:30 p.m. for reports of a woman being assaulted. Police say a man poured a liquid substance on the woman and ignited it, causing a fire. The woman was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital. There's no word on her current condition.
