Nollywood Actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday Finally Meets Her Crush, The Ooni Of Ife

On Monday, Nollywood Actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday, visited the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwunsi, in his palace at Ile-Ife, Osun State.

"Ever met a jovial king? Well, this picture says it all. I have never laughed this hard in a long time. Thank you so much for the warm reception his Imperial Majesty Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi Ojaja II. God bless your existence.” Nkechi wrote on her Instagram handle.

Nkechi Blessing Sunday was in the Kingdom of Great Ife-Ife, for the 2022 edition of Queen Morémi Ajasoro Cultural Pageantry. 

Nkechi and some celebrities from the Nollywood Yoruba movie industry were judges at the event that took place in the Ooni’s palace.

However, another user, itsdarey berated her for locking the comment section of the picture with the monarch saying, “Nkechi you shouldn’t have locked the comment section in that your picture with Ooni, we your fan that will still comment good thing dey nau.”

The visit came a few weeks after Nkechi “joked” about becoming the seventh wife of the monarch.

In a short statement with the photo of herself and Ooni, the actress said “I am patiently waiting for my turn.”

In A Random Attack, A Woman Is Lit On Fire On A Toronto bus; Man Apprehended, Police Say

Dundas, Kipling Centre. A woman lays in the hospital with critical injuries, she was set ablaze on a Toronto bus in what police say was a "random" attack.  The woman in her 20's was attacked by a 35-year-old man. The woman remains in hospital with life-altering injuries, most of which are second and third-degree burns, media relations officer Toronto police Const. Alex Li told reporters outside Kipling station, where the incident took place. The suspect has been arrested with charges pending, police say. Toronto police were called to the Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West area around 12:30 p.m. for reports of a woman being assaulted. He also suffered a hit to the back of his head.
