It is the perfect way to also rid yourself of daily stress.

Regular physical activity helps improve your overall health. Try walking for at least 30 minutes a day, yes you can, on most days of the week. 

If trying to lose or control weight, inculcate brisk walking into your walking schedule, adding 30 minutes of brisk walking to your daily routine, could burn about 150 more calories a day. The more you walk and the quicker your pace, the more calories you will burn.

Kaduna, 2 Churches Attacked By Terrorist, 3 Persons Killed And 36 Abducted

In the early hours of Sunday, two churches, the Maranatha Baptist Church and the St. Moses Catholic Church, all in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State were stormed by suspected terrorists.
