Atiku, Obi Have Nothing To Offer Nigerians — Shettima

A former Governor of Borno State and vice presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Kashim Shettima, has said that the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and his Labour Party (LP) counterpart, Peter Obi, have nothing to offer to Nigerians.

Shettima spoke yesterday in Abuja during a one-day symposium on “Dissecting the Asiwaju Manifesto (Renewed Hope 2023): Action Plan for a Better Nigeria” organised by the APC Professionals Forum.

The Governor of Anambra state, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has said the alleged investment of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, in the state government is worth next to nothing.

2023: Tinubu meets miners, vows not to respond to “ugly rumours.”

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, says he will not respond to “untruths and ugly rumours,” but stick to real issues during the period of the campaigns for the office of the president.

Mr Tinubu, who is facing scrutiny over his past, stated this on Thursday during a town hall meeting with the mining and agro-processing industry players in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital.

In A Random Attack, A Woman Is Lit On Fire On A Toronto bus; Man Apprehended, Police Say

Dundas, Kipling Centre. A woman lays in the hospital with critical injuries, she was set ablaze on a Toronto bus in what police say was a "random" attack.  The woman in her 20's was attacked by a 35-year-old man. The woman remains in hospital with life-altering injuries, most of which are second and third-degree burns, media relations officer Toronto police Const. Alex Li told reporters outside Kipling station, where the incident took place. The suspect has been arrested with charges pending, police say. Toronto police were called to the Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West area around 12:30 p.m. for reports of a woman being assaulted. Police say a man poured a liquid substance on the woman and ignited it, causing a fire. The woman was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital. There's no word on her current condition. He also suffered a hit to the back of his head. On the 9th of November, reality star Frankie Grande, 39, was taking a walk along 8th Avenue between 44th and 43rd streets in Midtown at around 6:30 p.m. He was suddenly attacked by two boys, they struck the back of his head, and then ran off with his designer bag. According to police, the suspects fled with the stolen bag, which contained an iPhone 14 Pro, AirPods, sunglasses and a wallet. NYPD officers quickly responded to the scene where Frankie Grande refused medical attention.
