BREAKING : Gunmen Attack Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Convoy, Killing The Orderly

Suspected terrorists have ambushed the convoy of the Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 12 with Headquarters in Bauchi, Audu Madaki, injuring him and killing one of his police guards.

The incident was said to have occurred on Tuesday around 2:30 pm between Barde and Jagindi area in Kaduna State while on their way to Abuja from Bauchi.

The AIG is said to be receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital while security has been beefed up around the Zone.

Sources reveal that men of the Police force have been drafted to the area to comb the bush in order to fish out the terrorists.
