A little Boy wanted $5000 so he prayed for weeks, but nothing happened.

Finally he decided to write a letter to God requesting for the $5000   When the post office staff received the letter addressed to God, they decided to forward the letter to the President's  Office.

The President was so amused, so he instructed his secretary to send the little boy $1000 as he thought $5000 would be a lot of money for him.The little boy was delighted with $1000 received and decided to write a thank you note to God.

Again the post office sent the letter to the President's Office. 

President reads the letter, which says:

"Dear God, Thank you very much for sending the money. However, I noticed that you sent it through the President's Office and it appears that the corrupt President has pocketed the $4000 ..."

Ghana's Afua Asantewaa Sing-A-Thon

Ms Afua Asantewaa, Ghanaian media personality has completed a five-day singing marathon. Afua Asantewaa Wrapped in her country's flag, she thanked the crowd of supporters in the capital, Accra, for their immense support, in hopes her performance will earn her a Guinness World Record. Beginning on Christmas Eve, Asantewaa performed for 126 hours and 52 minutes. Beating a previous sing-a-thon record by nearly 24 hours, the clearly exhausted, 33-year-old could barely remember what day it was. According to the rules set by Guinness World Records she was allowed a five-minute break every hour, or 20 minutes after four hours. She now has to wait to see if her effort will be officially recognised.  Some of the country's biggest music stars, were there on Christmas day to cheer her up, they included, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and Sarkodie. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Wins Big In Governor Nyesom Wike's Local Government Area

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu, has won the Obio-Akpor, the Local Government Area of Governor Nyesom Wike in Rivers State by a landslide. Tinubu polled 80,239 votes to defeat the Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, who came a distant second with 3,829 and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), who got 368 votes.
