Nigerian Celebrity Chef Hilda Baci Splash N1m on Lunch Date With Friends

On Sunday, May 21, after thanksgiving in church, Nigerian chef, now celebrity chef 'after an adorable feat of cooking for over 100 hours to get a place in the Guinness book of record,' Hilda Baci, went on a lunch date with her friends. 'They ate 'big!'

One of her buddies, who was a part of the outing, revealed that they ordered the whole world and were shocked when the bill came and the expenses incurred, totalled over N1 million. Not to worry guys, do not panic, as the bill was cleared Hilda.

The receipt, made public by her friend, showed some of the things they ordered, which included spaghetti, jollof rice and tequila. Hilda's friend, who did a voice-over in the clip that surfaced online, explained that they went for lunch. A lady at the background could be heard, as she jokingly remarked that they ordered the whole world.

$1 Billion Arms Sale To Nigeria-Approved By The US

The U.S. government has announced that it has approved the sale of attack aircraft and other equipments to Nigeria. The aircraft are expected to to be used against terrorists and other gunmen operating in the West African country. According to a statement Thursday by the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency, the equipments are to cost Nigeria about $997 million. The acquisition of the aircraft and other equipments comes less than a year after the U.S. government supplied the country with 12 units of super tucano aircrafts paid for by Nigeria.
