Kanye West and his new 'wife' Bianca Censori caused a major frenzy while shopping in the Via dei Calzaiuoli in Florence, Italy on Thursday.

Kanye, 46, went into photographer mode as he directed the busty bombshell, 28, while posing with excited locals in another one of her daring nude looks, while a number of admirers filming the epic moment.

Local fans shot videos as Censori showed off her sensational figure in a skintight leotard styled with sheeny pantyhose and pointy kitten heels. Between takes, West stopped to adjust the Yeezy architect's flesh-flashing outfit to ensure the best possible shot on his iPhone.

For Thursday afternoon, Censori had her cropped brunette tresses were slicked back and tucked behind her ears.

As for makeup, the natural beauty sported a sexy smokey eyeshadow look with a glossy nude lip and plenty of luminous bronzer.

The Australian stunner looked totally in her element with one hand on her hip as her husband snapped away on his iPhone.

She carried a unique snail-shaped Braccialini handbag made of antique gold hardware and dark green leather that retails for a whopping $2,035.

A study from Sweden which has found that a blood test can detect the earliest stages of Alzheimer's disease, reports the BBC, while expansiating on it's report that;                   Image Credit: Scientific American   The Times says it could have "huge implications" for routinely screening the over-50s for their risk of the disease. The test - the paper reports - can detect the "proteins" which can cause Alzheimer's which build up in the brain for 10 to 15 years before symptoms start to show, and allowed researchers to assess how "likely" someone was to develop the disease. According to the Daily Express, the brand new diagnostic tool has been praised by experts as it may "ultimately bring us closer towards a cure for dementia". The Daily Telegraph takes the view the "simple and cheap method" can measure how likely people are to develop the illness up to 15 years before they show symptoms, citing research from the study.
