Oh, how I love to read!

From a very tender age

Books became my companion

I would always say to anyone that cared to listen

Give me a world of book instead of one arithmetic sum

Reading is the lens with which I view the world

It gives me wings to fly

Taking me to places beyond my imagination

Expanding my perspective about people, places and cultures.

My love for reading stirred in me a passion for writing

What started out as a stress release therapy

Soon metamorphosed into a hobby

About to bloom into something exhilarating

I'm excited at the prospect of touching lives

Making positive impact through my writings

Just like the myriads of authors who have influence me in the past, present

And those who will still inspire me in the future.

Senator Dino Melaye Reacts To Tinubu’s Presidential Ambition. One of Nigeria’s controversial politicians, Senator Dino Melaye has mocked a former governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu, over his intention to join the 2023 presidential race. Naija News reports that the All Progressive Congress, APC, National Leader on Monday confirmed he has informed President Muhammadu Buhari of his presidential ambition. Max Air aircraft on Sunday crash-landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) in Abuja after the tyre reportedly burst into flames, according to ThisDay reports. Unconfirmed reports said the aircraft had arrived from Yola, Adamawa State when the incident happened. This is even as the spokesperson of the Nigeria Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), Tunji Oketunbi, hinted that their staff have gone to the site of the incident for investigation. An official of the airline, who confirmed the incident but pleaded anonymity, said the passengers safely disembarked.
