GRAMMYs-Kanye West Wins Two Grammys, Now Has Same Number of GRAMMYs As JAY-Z, The Rapper With The Most Grammy Awards In History

At the 64th Grammy Awards, Kanye West won the award for Best Melodic Rap Performance for his song "Hurricane". He was nominated for 4 other categories, including two Best Rap Album nominations for Donda, and the other for Lil' Nas X's Montero; Album of the Year for Donda, Best Rap Song for "Jail".

Kanye matches Jay-Z as the rapper with the most Grammy Awards in history.


Kanye West officially ties JAY-Z for the same number of GRAMMYs received among hip-hop artists.

West won in the best melodic rap performance and best rap song categories.

Max Air aircraft on Sunday crash-landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA) in Abuja after the tyre reportedly burst into flames, according to ThisDay reports.
